Product Condition: Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags intact, along with the original purchase receipt.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products: Products can be returned if they are defective or do not meet the specified standards or if there is an issue that was not visible at the time of purchase.

Accessories: Accessories must be returned with their original branded packaging, placed inside an external box to ensure safe shipping.

Cosmetics and Fragrances: Cosmetics and fragrances can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products: Oudh, incense, and related products cannot be returned or exchanged.
