The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales:

Placing an Order

Once an order has been placed through Fayasel, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.

In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.

Delivery Within State of Kuwait

Order above KD-20/- will be delivered free of charge.

Order below KD-20/- will be charged KD-2/-.

Delivery Time:

– For orders placed from Kuwait – within 2 business days

– For orders placed from KSA – within 7 business days

– For orders placed from UAE – within 7 business days

– For orders placed from Bahrain – within 7 business days

– For orders placed from Qatar – within 7 business days

– For orders placed from Oman – within 7 business days

– For orders placed from Iraq – within 15 business days
